We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural BIM Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced structural models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and industry standards while adhering to timelines and budgets. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing designs for structural integrity, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, along with extensive experience in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, or similar platforms. You will be expected to lead projects from concept through to completion, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present design concepts and solutions to clients and team members effectively. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
