We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer specializing in Building Services (MEP) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of mechanical systems within residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. Duties will include conducting system design calculations, preparing technical specifications, and managing project timelines and budgets.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated MEP solutions. You will oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, review contractor submissions, and conduct site inspections to ensure that installations adhere to design intent. A strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems is essential, along with proficiency in relevant design software. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in building services engineering, is required.
