We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and lead electrical projects in the Elgin area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project development, from initial planning through to execution and closeout. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. You will also be expected to conduct regular site inspections and manage any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical sector. A proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget is essential. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, will be critical to your success in this role. A PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
