We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Leeds, specializing in substations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across a range of projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure that BIM standards are upheld and that all project deliverables meet the required quality and accuracy. Your expertise will help facilitate coordination among various stakeholders and ensure that all aspects of the design process are integrated effectively.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, overseeing the production of 3D models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will conduct regular audits of BIM deliverables, provide training and support to team members, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement, presenting BIM strategies and outcomes to clients and other project partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of substation design and construction processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field along with significant experience in BIM coordination, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in BIM software tools, such as Revit and Navisworks, is essential, as is a strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
