We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across various projects. In this position, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful integration of BIM processes into project workflows. Your expertise will guide the development of BIM execution plans, facilitate model coordination meetings, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. You will also be responsible for the quality control of BIM models, reviewing and providing feedback on design documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, alongside a strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills, as you will be tasked with training and mentoring junior BIM staff while fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the team. A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a BIM coordination role, is essential for success in this position.
