We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our Waste & Generation (Energy) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical systems and solutions for waste management and energy generation projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all mechanical components meet regulatory standards and align with project specifications. Your expertise will drive the advancement of sustainable practices while optimizing performance and efficiency across all initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on waste treatment technologies, renewable energy systems, and project management. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, developing project proposals, and managing project timelines and budgets. You will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in engineering principles and practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting risk assessments and implementing solutions to mitigate potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications, is preferred. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and a passion for sustainable energy solutions will be crucial for your success in this position.
