We are seeking a highly skilled Principal BIM Information Manager to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, and facilitating interoperability between various software platforms. You will collaborate closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to establish a clear BIM execution plan, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Your primary duties will include overseeing the creation and management of 3D models, coordinating data exchange and validation, and providing training and support to team members in BIM-related tasks. You will also play a key role in the integration of 3D models into project workflows, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately captured and utilized. In addition, you will monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of BIM processes within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management, with extensive experience in BIM technologies and methodologies. A deep understanding of relevant software tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role.
