We are seeking an experienced Site MEP Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations on-site, ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with the project specifications, industry standards, and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys, assessing project site conditions, and preparing detailed reports that will assist in project planning and execution. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of MEP works.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within building structures. You should have a proven track record in site surveying, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality controls. A relevant degree or certification in engineering or construction management, coupled with substantial experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
