We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, ensuring that all MEP works are carried out within the allocated financial framework. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating project specifications, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders to optimize cost efficiency.
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination. You will lead the procurement process, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best value for the organization. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identifying any discrepancies or potential issues, and implementing timely solutions. A strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards is necessary to ensure all MEP installations meet industry requirements.
