We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of various construction projects, ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive MEP designs, while also reviewing project plans and specifications to identify potential issues early in the process. Your expertise will be critical in managing the integration of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and optimizing project efficiency.

As the Senior MEP Coordinator, you will lead coordination meetings, facilitate communication among project stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. You will also be responsible for preparing documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and MEP-related challenges to stakeholders. A strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and experience with relevant software tools will be essential for the successful execution of your duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
