In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for water treatment and distribution projects. You will leverage your expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while leading a team of engineers and technicians. Your primary duties will include conducting feasibility studies, creating detailed design specifications, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to enhance efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly within the water industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should have a proven track record in project management, including budget oversight and schedule adherence. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is essential, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A strong understanding of hydraulic and thermal systems, as well as knowledge of environmental regulations related to water resources, will be advantageous. A professional engineering license is preferred but not mandatory.
