You will lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential as you coordinate with civil, electrical, and environmental engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles. You will conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for system improvements. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of detailed design documentation and specifications while utilizing advanced engineering software for simulations and modeling. Experience with project management and leading teams is crucial, as you will mentor junior engineers and ensure that all project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.

To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the water sector. Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred, along with proficiency in CAD software and analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder engagement and effective project delivery.
