We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with a focus on Waste & Generation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems related to waste management and energy generation processes. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while meeting project specifications. You will lead engineering teams in executing complex projects, from conceptual design through to implementation, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses of mechanical systems, developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs. You will also be tasked with preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and proposals. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of waste management technologies, renewable energy systems, and relevant engineering software tools. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, is required. Professional engineering certification is preferred.
