We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to ensure they meet performance standards and client specifications. You will lead projects from conception through to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product functionality and reliability. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting feasibility studies, drafting technical documentation, and guiding junior engineers throughout the engineering process.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and a proven track record in project management. You should have experience with CAD software and simulation tools, along with a strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
