We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the water sector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and equipment for various water treatment and distribution projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while also addressing the unique challenges associated with water infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical specifications, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly in water treatment processes, pump stations, and electrical distribution systems. You will demonstrate proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance protocols. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the water sector. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept through completion, as well as experience in preparing and presenting technical reports.
