We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (E&P) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will play a critical role in the execution of engineering projects, from initial concept through to implementation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, specifically in the areas of electrical power systems and equipment. You should have proven experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. In this position, you will conduct system analyses, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. A thorough understanding of relevant software tools and design methodologies is essential, along with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred.
