We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager (MEP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cost-related aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Your primary duties will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting thorough cost analysis, and providing accurate forecasts to ensure projects remain within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to assess project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in MEP systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry. You should have a solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methodologies. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation software are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as RICS or ACostE.

As a Senior Cost Manager (MEP), you will also be tasked with reviewing and approving contractor payments, managing change orders, and conducting risk assessments to identify potential financial risks.
