The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing BIM strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee the creation and maintenance of 3D models, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design efficiency, and provide technical support to project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, along with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects. You will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on models, identifying potential clashes, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with various stakeholders and provide training and mentorship to junior staff. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in BIM management, is preferred.
