We are seeking a skilled Revit / BIM Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the BIM workflow are executed efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enhancing Revit models, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing support to team members on BIM-related inquiries. You will also be tasked with creating and updating project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

In this role, you will lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitate clash detection, and collaborate with external stakeholders to optimize project delivery. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of BIM methodologies and the ability to implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software, is required.
