We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cost and budget aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Your duties will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing project financials from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also maintaining the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and their associated costs. You will be expected to prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various teams and ensuring that all financial aspects are transparent and well-documented. A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field, along with experience in MEP projects, is highly desirable.
