We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in High Voltage and Electrical systems to oversee and execute critical projects within the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead regular project meetings, track progress against milestones, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management. Additionally, you will ensure that all project activities comply with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. A strong background in HV/Electrical engineering is essential, as well as proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or PRINCE2.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of stakeholders. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is highly desirable.
