We are seeking an experienced MEP Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the pre-construction phase, engaging with stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met, and developing comprehensive project schedules. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to evaluate project feasibility and assist in budgeting and cost estimation, ensuring all design elements align with regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting site assessments, preparing detailed MEP scopes of work, and identifying potential challenges early in the pre-construction phase. You will be expected to lead design reviews, provide technical expertise, and communicate effectively with project teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports, facilitating meetings with subcontractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.

The successful candidate will possess a solid background in MEP systems, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes. A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with several years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will be guiding a team and liaising with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
