We are seeking a proactive and experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security, are functioning optimally. You will prepare budgets and forecasts for building operations and maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and report on facility conditions to senior management. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in building management, a strong understanding of relevant legislation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
