In this role, you will also mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues are essential. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering. Proficiency in CAD software, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, is required. Strong communication and project management skills are crucial, as you will be interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
