In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a variety of construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all MEP designs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Your expertise will be critical in developing project timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments, as well as in identifying and mitigating potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP planning, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. You should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a deep understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and industry regulations. Proven leadership skills are essential, as you will be guiding a team of planners and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on a regular basis.
