We are seeking an experienced Principal MEP Digital Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within a variety of projects. You will leverage advanced software tools and methodologies to create innovative designs, streamline workflows, and enhance project delivery. Your expertise will guide the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring that all MEP systems are designed and coordinated to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering, with a deep understanding of digital engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution. Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, developing design specifications, performing system analyses, and implementing best practices in digital engineering. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, along with relevant professional certifications. Proven experience in MEP design and a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MEP design software, will be critical for driving project success and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
