The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, with at least 8 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills, as you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred, and professional engineering licensure is a plus.
