We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical / EICA Engineer to lead our engineering efforts within the water sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical and ICA (Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) systems for water treatment and distribution projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will be essential in providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electrical engineering within the water sector, with a strong emphasis on EICA systems. You will be responsible for producing detailed design documents, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions tailored to their requirements. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will mentor junior engineers and manage project teams to achieve project goals effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with substantial experience in a similar position.
