We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Agent to oversee and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP installations are executed to the highest standards, on schedule, and within budget. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project plan. Your role will also include conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing MEP project specifications, managing site resources effectively, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will be expected to troubleshoot any MEP-related issues that arise on-site and provide timely solutions. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead regular site meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project timelines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail will be critical in this role.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with several years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. A thorough understanding of MEP systems, project management principles, and relevant codes and standards is essential. Certification in project management or a related field is preferred.
