We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure all MEP systems are designed and implemented according to the highest standards and specifications. Your role will include conducting regular site inspections, evaluating contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. You will be expected to prepare detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates, while also identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels and providing regular updates on project progress. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with relevant certifications, is required, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP projects in a fast-paced environment.
