We are seeking an experienced MEP General Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all MEP installations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of MEP professionals. Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting MEP design documents, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports while ensuring that all work adheres to local codes and industry best practices.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction management is required, along with a proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale projects. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, and relevant certifications will be considered an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
