We are seeking a skilled MEP Coordination Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall design. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing detailed MEP coordination drawings, conducting clash detection analyses, and providing technical support during the construction phase. You will also be involved in reviewing shop drawings and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Additionally, you will participate in site meetings, addressing any design-related issues that arise and providing solutions to ensure project continuity. A strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
