In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities within various projects. Your primary duties will include developing comprehensive MEP schedules, ensuring that all technical specifications are met, and collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to align project timelines and deliverables. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring effective resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP planning within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and processes. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools is essential. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant certification, will be highly regarded.
