We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of BIM professionals, ensuring the effective execution of BIM strategies while coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing BIM standards, creating project-specific BIM execution plans, and facilitating training sessions to enhance team capabilities. You will also be responsible for managing model quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with project workflows and client requirements.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools. You should have a solid understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience in BIM management. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
