We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and client specifications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and quality assurance, to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Your expertise will be essential in conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed design specifications, and overseeing the testing and validation of electrical systems.

Key responsibilities include developing electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams, as well as performing simulations and analyses to optimize system performance. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the design process. Additionally, you will be expected to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and stakeholders to present design proposals and project updates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in electrical design within relevant industries. Proficiency in CAD software, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and standards, is required. A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget is essential.
