In this role, you will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Your primary duties will include preparing detailed cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and conducting regular financial reviews to ensure adherence to financial targets. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to analyze project specifications and provide accurate forecasting and budgeting support throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cost management within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on MEP systems. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be expected to develop risk management strategies and offer actionable insights to optimize project costs. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to procure the best value for services and materials.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications. You should be proficient in cost management software and possess a solid understanding of construction contracts and MEP systems.
