We are seeking an experienced CMMS Data & BIM Asset Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) assets. You will ensure that all data related to maintenance, operations, and asset management is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to relevant stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing data management protocols that align with organizational objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of the CMMS database and BIM models to ensure data integrity, creating and maintaining asset management documentation, and providing training to staff on best practices for data entry and management. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and project management teams to ensure that all asset information is captured effectively and utilized for decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor asset performance and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, with experience in CMMS and BIM systems. A degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
