We are seeking a skilled BIM Information Manager to join our team in Motherwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. This role involves ensuring that all BIM deliverables meet the required standards and guidelines while facilitating the integration of BIM into project workflows. You will work closely with project teams to define BIM execution plans, oversee the development of 3D models, and ensure accuracy and consistency in the information provided throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to set up project-specific BIM requirements, conducting regular audits of BIM models for compliance with project standards, and providing training and support to team members on BIM software and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM technologies and methodologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management. Experience with software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools is essential.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. A relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with demonstrable experience in BIM management, will be highly advantageous.
