You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients. A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required, and professional qualifications such as MRICS or similar are highly desirable.
