We are seeking a skilled MEP Lead to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MEP design and implementation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Duties will include coordinating with architects and other engineers to develop integrated systems, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, and leading a team of MEP professionals throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be expected to conduct site inspections, troubleshoot any MEP-related issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with extensive experience in MEP project management. Strong knowledge of relevant software tools and building codes is essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and clients. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. A professional certification or license in the relevant engineering field will be a significant advantage.
