The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the cost aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring that budgetary goals are met and financial performance is optimized. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and conducting thorough cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with negotiating contracts, assessing risks, and providing detailed financial reporting to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in MEP systems and have substantial experience in cost management within the construction sector. Proficiency in cost estimation software and a solid understanding of construction contracts and regulations are essential. Additionally, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are critical for success in this role. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, will be advantageous.
