We are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to oversee and manage the financial and commercial aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects at our Stansted location. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints. You will be tasked with conducting cost analysis, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure optimal procurement and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contract documents, managing claims and variations, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be expected to lead negotiations and resolve contractual disputes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams. A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, combined with substantial experience in a similar role, is essential for success in this position.
