In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP design and construction phases, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative solutions while adhering to local codes and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems design and management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. You should possess excellent technical skills, along with the ability to interpret complex designs and specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will be leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
