To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in architectural or engineering design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience using CAD and Revit software. Proficiency in creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
