You should possess strong analytical skills to assess quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, effective communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns. A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection within the construction or engineering sectors is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
