We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Services / Building Services Coordinator to oversee and manage the mechanical and building services within our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with safety standards. You will work closely with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repair requests, maintaining a high level of service for all building occupants.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections of mechanical systems, managing budgets for maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate records of service requests and completed work. You will also participate in project planning, providing technical input and support for system upgrades and installations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with various stakeholders, including management, tenants, and external vendors, to ensure a seamless operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building codes, along with relevant certifications and experience in building services management.
