We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in Water and Wastewater systems at a Senior or Principal level. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems related to water treatment, wastewater management, and related infrastructure projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be essential in conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical reports, and developing detailed engineering designs and specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, particularly as they relate to water and wastewater systems. You will be expected to lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in relevant software tools and an understanding of hydraulic and thermodynamic principles are essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering. Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred.
