The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project planning sessions, develop detailed schedules, and monitor progress to identify and resolve issues proactively. A key part of your role will be to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, while fostering a culture of safety among all team members.

In this position, you will also be responsible for managing project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting. You will supervise site operations, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be guiding a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and support throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns that may arise.
