We are seeking a skilled M&E Contract Manager to oversee the management and execution of mechanical and electrical contracts within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead contract negotiations, manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Your role will include monitoring project progress, conducting regular site visits, and evaluating performance to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.

In this position, you will also be tasked with preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including contract specifications, change orders, and progress reports. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives. A proven track record in managing M&E contracts and a thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions are vital for success in this role. Additionally, a relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management or engineering is required.
