You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all electrical designs comply with industry standards and regulations while meeting project specifications. Your strong technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, along with experience in project management and team leadership. You will oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and design drawings, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial as you will liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and timelines.

To be successful in this position, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with several years of relevant experience in electrical design and engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Proficiency in electrical design software and a solid understanding of renewable energy systems, automation, and control systems will be advantageous.
